BRUSSELS (AP) — European Council President Donald Tusk states he has called for a summit with Turkey this Sunday to “re-energize relations and stem migration movement.”

In an announcement on his Twitter account, Tusk mentioned the choice came after a suggestion from the European Commission and a mobile phone phone with Turkish Key Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.

The summit is prepared for Sunday afternoon and will take spot despite ongoing security steps in Brussels. The Belgian money is presently underneath the highest danger stage for another 7 days, meaning that an attack is thought to be “critical and imminent.”

On Monday, Belgian Key Minister Charles Michel declared the country’s alert level would only alter this week if a considerable breakthrough by investigators warranted it.
