Ex-servicemen Rally in Delhi Against OROP Announcement

NEW DELHI: With the protest over ‘One Rank A single Pension’ (OROP) marking its 183rd day on Sunday, ex-servicemen gave the govt three weeks’ time to solve the problem, and warned of stringent measures following that.

“We have offered the authorities two months, after that we will give one week’s recognize. This disciplined agitation will alter if the authorities does not listen to us,” spokesperson of the Indian Ex-Servicemen (IESM) movement Col. Anil Kaul (retd) told IANS at a rally at Jantar Mantar listed here.
