NEW DELHI: The LGBT neighborhood on Sunday demanded a dialogue in the Parliament on Segment 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), saying it should be dismissed.
“Section 377 need to be talked about in the Parliament. It need to not be regarded on morality price, but as a human and constitutional appropriate. Section 377 must be dismissed,” Transgender legal rights activist Laxmi Tripathi instructed ANI.
“If Jaitley ji has mentioned that the matter need to go up to the Supreme Court docket and the courtroom must choose this…the court docket has said the Parliament need to see to it.
