PATNA: Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav was picked as the chief of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) legislature get together at a meeting held listed here.
Meanwhile, previous Bihar main minister Rabri Devi has been named as the leader of RJD Legislative Council.
RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav had nominated the names of Tejaswi and Rabri for the posts throughout party’s first legislature party conference held on November 13.
Tejaswi, who has also been given the charge of 3 portfolios in the Nitish Kumar-led authorities, yesterday mentioned that he would go away no stone unturned for development of Bihar.
“I will leave no stone unturned for advancement & to improve the worth of Brand Bihar, so that @NitishKumar can be very pleased of me as his deputy,” he tweeted.
